I've been working with Beth for about 6 months and have so much more energy now! I'm moving so much more. My stomach muscles were knackered after difficult pregnancies with huge babies, but, gradually, Beth has helped me to re-build them and I'm feeling much stronger. Another big game changer for me has been adding more protein - I'm snacking less and moving more! Also (vain but important!) my hair is thicker than it has been in years. I particularly appreciate the little videos Beth sends me showing me how to do the exercises, when my brain is too fried to remember. “Signing up to Beth’s weekly class is one of the best things I’ve done! She makes the class fun and gives alternative moves depending on your fitness level or ability. After having two children, I was diagnosed with Diastasis Recti (DR) which is very common after pregnancy. Beth always includes DR exercises in the class which I follow.
